The free exchange of information among those who share the same challenges and interests is a tremendous value and an important part of the SSPA conference experience. The SSPA understands this and ensures that there are many opportunities for peer-to-peer interactions during the conference. In addition to the events outlined below, each day includes breaks between sessions to allow attendees to converse and get to know one another.

Sunday Evening Welcome Reception During the TSE
Celebrate your arrival in Santa Clara, CA Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00. Catch up with old friends and make new ones. Visit with exhibitors presenting the latest products and services technology in this festive atmosphere. It’s a great way to connect and make plans for the rest of the evening.

Best Practices Sharing Sessions: Facilitated Peer-to-Peer Learning
Best Practices Sharing Sessions, unique to the SSPA, are facilitated small groups that offer attendees the opportunity to learn from one another. Benefit from those who've gone before you, dive deep into issues, and understand what works and what doesn’t. Among the session topics are knowledge management, Web 2.0, , benchmarking & metrics, support operations, services marketing & sales, and talent management. Add those you meet to your peer network for ongoing interaction and discussion even after the conference ends.

EveningReception at the Technology Services Expo
Monday, after the conference sessions end, return to the Expo reception for more networking over drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

SSPA STAR Awards for Best Practices Luncheon
Tuesday, May 6 is the STAR Awards for Best Practices luncheon. This is the ultimate peer recognition honor in the service and support industry.  A STAR Award represents acknowledgement by your peers that your support organization has achieved superior performance in a critical aspect of service and support.

Closing Reception
Tuesday after the end of the last session, gather to share ideas with your industry peers at the Hyatt pool. Leave the conference with plenty of actionable items and information to keep your organization ahead of the curve.
