Registration Options
Conference with Workshop

The conference with Workshop includes the conference registration and an SSPA Workshop session of your choice. The SSPA Workshop is Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 10:00am – 5:00pm, before the official start of the conference. It includes 6 hours of in-depth training from a recognized industry consultant and a networking lunch. (An SSPA Workshop is not included with a membership voucher. Voucher holders pay an additional $495.00.)

Conference without Workshop
The conference without Workshop includes: Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday breakfast, general sessions, lunch, breakout sessions, Best Practices sharing sessions, Sunday evening reception in Technology Expo hall; Tuesday breakfast, general sessions, breakout sessions, Best Practices sharing sessions, the SSPA STAR Awards for Best Practices Luncheon, Networking Happy Hour and Monday - Tuesday refreshment breaks.

SSPA STAR Awards for Best Practices Luncheon and Presentation Only
Enjoy lunch with attendees and see who wins the coveted SSPA STAR Awards for Best Practices.

Membership Vouchers
Enjoy the value of SSPA membership by redeeming your vouchers. Vouchers are easily redeemed regardless of the registration option you select – all you need is your voucher number which was sent to the SSPA primary contact in your business unit.

  • Non-Members: $2990.00 per person

Conference without Workshop - Save $200.00 per registration

  • SSPA Members: $1995.00 per person
  • Non-Members: $2395.00 per person

Note: All the registrations must be made at one time to qualify for a Team Discount. Voucher holders and speakers count toward total attendees but no additional discounts apply. Team Discounts are available online, if billing to one credit card. Otherwise, please use the team discount form provided below.

Cancellation Policy
SSPA CONFERENCE CANCELLATIONS received in writing at SSPA office by April 18, 2008 are refunded less a $50 per person administration fee. No refunds will be given after April 18, 2008.

Prior to the conference, registrations may be cancelled upon written request only. Registration cancellations may be submitted via email to info@thesspa.com or you may fax to 858-674-6794.

All refund checks will be processed after the Conference. Registrants who elect to cancel their conference attendance are responsible for cancelling their own travel and hotel reservations.
