The SSPA Benchmark Study is a tool for comparing the performance of your support organization against the industry and your peers across 100+ different metrics.

Benchmark your support operations, sales and marketing, customer satisfaction and financials in relation to specific market segments defined by you. Results are charted in an easy to read format which allows an immediate understanding of where you stand next to your peers.

The 2006 Benchmark Study is available online 24 hours a day 7 days a week . It’s constantly updated with more information and new companies are added all the time--currently over 200 companies have contributed information.

Take the Survey – Reap the Benefits
In order to access the results you must take the survey! Completing more than 2/3 of the survey gives you access to the reporting area of the site, where you can compare your company’s performance to the industry overall or to your specific market segments and print out custom reports showing areas of strengths and vulnerabilities.
