Welcome to SSPA Benchmarking!

SSPA Benchmarking is a powerful management tool that enables SSPA members to gain unique insight into the current relative operational and strategic performance of their service and support business on the most important industry metrics and performance indicators.

SSPA Benchmarking combines a dynamic, always-available and highly secure management portal; a robust data quality management process; and SSPA’s unique industry expertise to analyze and interpret the data.

This unique set of capabilities empowers leaders to identify competitive strengths and weaknesses, prioritize highest return improvement initiatives, justify investments and funding requests, and establish performance targets. We enable data-based financial and strategic decision making that is supported by the industry’s most robust benchmarking data set and the professional analysis and interpretation by SSPA experts, thereby reducing your risk and increasing your probability of making well-informed choices.

SSPA Benchmarking allows you to compare your support center and field operations against your peers across Financial, Marketing, Sales, Support Center Operations, Field, Inventory, Depot and Customer Satisfaction metrics that are consistent with service and support industry standards contained in the SSPA Organizational Development Program best practices criteria.

SSPA Benchmarking is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. New companies and new data are added continuously, and our rigorous management process ensures that data is refreshed at least once per year.
