Dell Services Leader to Keynote Largest Service Industry Conference
Technology Service Associations Collaborate to Provide Exceptional Speakers
SAN DIEGO, July 11, 2008 –The Association for Service Management International (AFSMI), The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and The Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA) today announced that Jan Uhrich, vice president, Dell Global Support Services, will provide one of the keynote addresses at the Winning Service Strategies in a Shifting Global Economy Conference - October 20-24 in Las Vegas.
Uhrich is responsible for end-to-end global support services delivery including: commercial technical support, repair parts and logistics, onsite field service, operations, quality and process engineering, training, and new product introduction and readiness. Uhrich’s keynote, "Services Delivery Leadership in a Transforming Global Environment," will focus on globalization for efficiencies and innovation as well as integrated tools and technologies for high-quality solution support.
