Forrester Report Confirms IT Spending to Increase

That’s the good news from a recent Forrester Research survey of CIOs. The study suggests that in 2005, IT budgets will increase by about 6.4%. Forrester also projects an estimated 7% overall industry growth rate – a marked improvement over the past couple of years. According to the findings, the CRM space, as a part of the enterprise application space, will continue to struggle in the short term as customers focus on optimizing their use of existing technology.
