Free English Tech Support for QuarkXPress Customers

To reinforce its commitment to customers and provide those customers with the best user experience, Quark announced free technical support for its English-speaking customers beginning December 1, 2004. The company is making the change in response to customer requests and a shift to a new customer-centric vision.

“We are serious about our commitment to our customers,” said Monique Wirz-Grutter, vice president of operations for Quark. “By providing free technical support to our English-speaking customers, we’re offering another tangible and positive benefit of being a Quark customer. We’re glad to have the number one selling desktop publishing software — this is a way to thank our customers who made that possible.”

Free technical support will be available to registered customers in the United States and Australia by phone and email. The company also offers support via Web forums (www.quark.com/service/forums/) and Web-based self-help (www.quark.com/service/desktop/support/techinfo/).
