Q. I'm trying to locate other software companies who are currently distributing products and/or patches via the Internet across multiple platforms. We provide 30+ products on a variety of platforms -- mainframe, Open VMS, UNIX, AS/400 and Windows NT. We've been having difficulty getting our customers (particularly the legacy customers) to buy-in to the concept of downloading our products via the Internet. Many still insist of getting media -- CD's or tapes. I'd like to hear your experiences.
