We are looking into the feasibility of consolidating and outsourcing
just the multilingual component of our support services to a single
provider i.e. keeping the English component in-house and outsourcing
the support of foreign languages. Initially we are looking at the
outsourcer providing level 1 support services in Japanese, Chinese,
French, Polish, Spanish and French Canadian 24/7. Can anyone provide
some tips on locating and evaluating a suitable partner and/or suggested
service providers that can fit the bill?
