Article Guidelines

1. Please submit in a Word doc with Article Title and Author.
   
2. Should be 500 to a maximum of 1000 words per article. Anything exceeding that may be used as Part 1 one week, Part 2 the next week and so on.
   
3. The articles should be educational/informational in content and directed to the general interest of service and support professionals. Topics are fairly open.
   
4. I will not accept any article that is an attempt at sales, marketing or other types of promotion for a company, product or service.
   
5. At the end of the article, you may include a short paragraph about yourself and/or your company, but it should be brief.
   
6. SSPA reserves the right to accept or reject any article submitted.
