With Dr. Chip Bell’s opening
keynote presentation at the SSPA Conference @ San Diego, I knew
right there and then we were in for a dynamic event.
I will condense all of the feedback for Chip Bell into one word....WOW!
Chip set the tone for the entire conference with his high energy
presentation style and "bulls eye" content. Our members
left the conference, three days after Chip presented, still talking
about his opening keynote. What a pro!
Chip firmly feels that your customers need to do more than just
be satisfied…..they need to LOVE you! Loyal customers come
back, buy more, pay more, forgive more and champion more. But, these
are actions appropriate to a regular customer, not lunatic, go nuts,
and follow-you-to-the-ends-of-the-earth type zealot. Chip concluded
there is a level of devotion beyond plain loyalty. He labeled that
level “customer love” and set out to discover its anatomy.
