| Your Future is Savannah
by Bill Rose, SSPA Founder/Executive Director
As Executive Director, I’m ultimately responsible for directing
the content for our conferences and publishing efforts. Right now,
I’m spending a lot of my time thinking about the content
for our conference at Savannah scheduled for October of this year.
The theme of the conference is the Future of Support Services.
And that future is closer than most of us think, it might even
be now!
My goal is to create a conference where the vision of the service
and support industry takes real shape for member organizations.
I want keynotes, sessions and workshops, interactive sharing sessions,
networking opportunities, and other content that delivers a look
into the future of support including information that lets you
take steps today to prepare for that future.
To create a conference agenda that resonates with members and
provides the most possible value, I need your input on the issues
that you want addressed, how you prefer having that information
delivered, (panels, traditional teaching sessions, Best Practice
Sharing Sessions, keynotes, etc.), suggestions for speakers, and
any other feedback you can provide. It’s your conference
so let me know what you want and I’ll do my best to deliver.
While I’m thinking about speakers and topics, we have a
call out for speakers to deliver sessions. Since this conference
is on the future of support services, we’re looking for speakers
who are industry thought leaders, those people who provide the
vision for evolving their support organizations to meet customer
needs, and are willing to share their vision with recommendations
for implementing and managing the necessary changes. If you’re
interested in speaking, please see our Call
for Speakers.
Now, please take a few minutes to complete this short, six-question
survey to help us create the conference you want and need.
Bill Rose
Sincerely,

Bill Rose
