Want to see your name in print? Do you have knowledge, ideas. or experiences to share with your peers? The SSPA News community now has more than 24,000 subscribers so your efforts will be well-read by other support professionals. The SSPA is an organization for members, by members and you can help us deliver valuable information to other members by writing industry articles, tips, and case studies for the SSPA News.

If you’re interested in submitting articles for publication, please send a short email briefly describing the article, with a biography to me at: dkodama@thesspa.com. I will quickly review your idea and get back to you with any thoughts or suggestions.

Other guidelines for articles include:

  • Articles should be original or updated work, not copied from other sources.
  • Articles you submit should not have recently appeared in any other publication.
  • The articles should not be a marketing, sales, or promotional piece for your company or another company or product that you have partnered with. Biographies can include company affiliations and links to web sites.
  • The articles should be educational and informational and of interest to other service and support professionals around the world.
  • Articles should be in MS-Word format with an article title.
  • The SSPA reserves the right to accept or reject any article submitted.
  • The SSPA also reserves the right to reuse the article in other publishing formats.
