Later this year, SSPA will hold its 21st SSPA Conference, September 29-October 1, in Savannah, GA. Since 1989, the SSPA has presented some of the most dynamic and interesting speakers from companies ranging from Microsoft; Oracle; Hewlett-Packard –to- companies with 10 people in their service and support departments.

Three years ago, knowing that some SSPA Members could not attend the Conferences, we began posting the presentations on our Web Site. As a SSPA Member, you have access to the industry experts through over 250 SSPA Conference presentations (Real Audio). As one SSPA Member said:

I find the presentations that include a PowerPoint and accompanying voice recording of great value. Our office is in Perth Australia, and it is very difficult to log online to a live web session. To be able to view and listen to presentations in my own time that fits with my office hours and my own schedule is valuable.

I have even had Members tell me that they frequently go back to re-listen to the presentations, even though they may have attended the conference.

For those of you who are not Members, this week I have included a sample presentation from our last conference in San Diego. I think you will agree that this Members Only feature is a valuable benefit.
