The SSPA is an organization for members, by members and you can help us deliver valuable information to other members by writing industry articles, tips, and case studies for the SSPA News.
We’re looking for articles covering issues including:
- Developing and maintaing an effective knowledge management or knowledge-based system
- How to manage, motivate, and retain staff and other HR issues
- Management strategies and techniques
- Performance metrics and benchmarking issues
