If you pay taxes in the U.S., listen up! Congress recently passed two significant tax acts, The Working Families Tax Relief Act of 2004 and The American Jobs Creation Act of 2004. Together, the two tax acts extend some provisions, create new deductions, close some perceived loopholes, and provide for new or increased penalties for certain acts.
