The new SSPA web site also provides direct access to our new 2005 Benchmark Study, the industry’s most comprehensive source of data and trends on nearly 150 key service and support business performance metrics. Information is stored in a live database and covers major functional areas vital to the technology services industry, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Satisfaction. The SSPA 2005 Benchmark database is continually updated, so the data is fresh and reflects the most current business conditions. Today, the database includes information collected directly from over 200 technology service and support companies and is growing every week. Access the database now to benchmark yourself against the industry or self-defined peer groups.

If you are an existing SSPA web site user, please log onto our home page at www.thesspa.com and select the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the page. If you’ve forgotten your login information or have any difficulty accessing the site, please use the Forgot Your Logon Information? link on the Login page. Your request will be routed to our technical support representatives who will respond to you within 24 hours.

If you are not already a registered SSPA web site user or want to update your information, please select the Join the Community link located in the upper right hand corner of the SSPA home page (www.thesspa.com) and complete the brief form.
